BASE
This class is suitable for anyone, from beginners to the more experienced. This class will allow you to become familiar with the reformer itself and teach you the principles of Pilates. Reformer Pilates is a full body workout which will help improve your strength, stability and core.
Class duration: 50mins
This class is suitable for all abilities
LEVEL-UP
A faster-paced class for those who are familiar with the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates and want to take it up a notch. This class will challenge you and intensify the burn.

Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates that uses a specialised machine (the Reformer) with springs, straps, and a sliding carriage to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture.

Absolutely. Many of our members started exactly where you are. We offer beginner-friendly classes and guidance every step of the way. You’ll never feel out of place.

We have got you covered! Our instructors are here to guide you through every move, from the basics to more advanced techniques.
In our beginner-friendly classes, you’ll learn at your own pace, with plenty of personalised support.
Plus, our small class sizes mean you’ll get lots of individual attention, so you’ll feel comfortable and confident in no time!

Just outside the studio, there is a free car park with ample spaces where you can park for up to 2 hours.

Activewear that you feel comfortable and supported in, we want you to feel like your best self in class.
Also, Grip Socks are essential to avoid injury during session - if you forget yours we have some available to purchase in the studio.

Always arrive around 5-10 minutes before your class starts. If there is another session still on, please wait outside until they are finished.
Once they have finished, you come into the studio, place your belongings in one of our dockets and sit onto your preferred reformer to await your session starting.

Both are amazing, but the Reformer takes things further by adding resistance, which helps build strength and flexibility in a really supportive way. It’s gentle but powerful.

Yes - but more than that, you’ll build strength, improve posture, and feel more in tune with your body. Many of our members say they feel more confident and energised after just a few sessions.

Two to three times a week is a great start - but even once a week can make a big difference. It’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency and showing up for yourself.

Most of our sessions run for 50 minutes - just enough time to reset your mind, strengthen your body, and still get back to the rest of your day.

You’re not alone - and that’s okay. Our instructors are here to guide you through every movement, with options and modifications. Go at your own pace; we’ve got you.

Expect to feel supported, challenged, and empowered. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by full-body movements tailored to your level, and finishes with a calming cooldown.

Not at all. While many of our members are women, Pilates is for everyBODY - regardless of gender, size, or experience. Everyone is welcome here.
